About Coastwide Grannyflats
Builder in East Gosford, NSW specialising in grannyflat design, approval and construction.
Coastwide Grannyflats is a building business based in East Gosford, NSW, working across Calga - Kulnura, Erina - Green Point, Gosford - Springfield, Kariong, Narara, Point Clare - Koolewong and Wyoming. The business specialises in the design and construction of grannyflats, taking in block design, design approval and the building work itself. It also lists residential building among its services.
A product showroom and two display buildings on George and Russell streets give homeowners the chance to look at what is on offer before committing. The team is led by Steve, and the business describes more than two decades of residential building experience. Saturdays are available by appointment. As with any builder, the kind of work covered can include new homes, renovations, extensions, project management, decks and pergolas, and maintenance and repairs, so it is worth contacting the business to check what it takes on.
